A native Texan, and a resident of Austin for 25 years, James brings an understanding of what it means to truly appreciate the Central Texas area, and the needs of the local residents, as consumers, and as business owners. With 22 years experience in the food sales industry, 14 of those years in gourmet and specialty food sales, James has a talent for matching the right products with each individual distributor and retailer. Taking a "customer first" approach, paying special attention to each business owner's individual needs, we can create the right product mix and merchandising techniques to maximize the retailers bottom line.

Molly Fowler, Director of Culinary Development
Molly is a traveling culinary instructor, television personality and cookbook author who demonstrates entertaining with ease, flair and impact. Her credo "Make everyday an occasion", reflects her attitude and approach to cooking. Author of Menus for Entertaining, Molly sponsors culinary tours throughout Europe and makes frequent appearances on local television.
Her culinary career started in 1989 when she founded a catering company in Denver. She now resides in Houston where she has an extensive fan base because of her regular appearances on Houston's KHOU/CBS Channel 11 Great Day Houston and Victoria's KAVU/ABC Channel 25 Sunrise. She has appeared on KPRC/NBC Channel 2 in Houston, on FOX Affiliates in Dallas, in Comcast Cable's Cookin' With Carol in Arlington, Texas, and on radio affiliates across Texas.

Ryan Montague, Founder and CEO - Ryan founded Gourmet Business Solutions in 2006 following his tenure at a well-established online gourmet food shopping portal where he served as Business Development Manager and eventually moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Ryan has assisted hundreds of gourmet/specialty food companies in all aspects of business, including business startup consulting, branding, PR, web development and re-design, eCommerce, marketing, and product sales.
Ryan was recently honored as a top entrepreneur under the age of 40 by Gourmet News, and has been interviewed by numerous publications for insight and his revolutionary vision as it pertains to the gourmet/specialty food industry. Ryan resides in Clearwater Beach with his wife and two children, boys ages 5 and 2.
